I’m back.

Hi friends. Remember me? I’m the girl who said I’d be back in September to complete the ‘small steps to big change’ wellness program. 

I was full of good intentions.

But I went AWOL. 

For months, I’ve been thinking about what to do with this site. Should I quietly delete it? Change the name and do a re-brand to save face? I’ve never been good at admitting when things haven’t really gone to plan. And this one was so bloody public. 

So you can imagine that I’ve written this post a thousand different ways in my mind…… but frankly, it was all bullshit.

I was always trying to sugar coat the fact that I bit off more than I could chew; And it was making me unwell.  Oh the irony.

But I’m going to try again. With the same idea of sharing small ways to make a big impact on your health and wellbeing, but less organised. No more hellish posting schedules that stressed the crap out of me. 

I’m probably going to swear more. And talk about tea a lot. But I know you’ve got my back.

  1. Glad you are back! There was something missing in my routine I couldn’t quite identify it: it was that! Reading all about your healthy suggestions! Go on and keep that style! Swear well, it’s Bloody good!
