Happy New Year!

After a nearly a year sorting through my thoughts, working on my coursework and wishing I had something cool and profound to write, I am now jumping right in again.

 As I saGF breakfastt and enjoyed a Gluten Free breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien today, I decided that I can sit and think about all the recipes and articles I want to share… or I can actually be pro-active and write them!

So my pledge to myself this year is to jump right in with both feet, run into the wind, take the leap….
